We try to brighten it by planning hedonistic breaks, good food, holidays, festivities, friends and family.

But what often seems to break apart quite fast is deep time: Quality time, spent with oneself.

Reflection, inspiration, perspective and last but not least: the establishment of a good routine to be with the body.

I am offering the frame and the content, the only thing you need to do is to show up and give your time to yourself.

We can’t get rid of the pain in our lives. But we can become more skilful in our dealings with it. So we don’t need to use our energy to run away from it but rather to get back up after getting hit.

Hi, I'm Mirjam Haymann

Mum of 3 kids, yoga teacher, mentor and public speaker;

everyday life is full, so is my heart. 

It is my dream and desire to maintain a healthy lifestyle and friendships alongside work. 

How does that work? It's a challenge, needs courage, a certain degree of rebellion and best of all humour - but it is possible. Maybe not always all at the same time, and that's a good thing.

I'm not a yogi; is this the right program for me? 

> If you are interested in learning more about yoga, then yes. Also if you only want to receive the talks and relaxation exercises.


I'm not available over the program dates. Can I buy the program and do it in my own time? 

> Yes.


Are the classes and practices live? 

> No they are recorded


Do I need to have any equipment to join this program?

> You need a mat, preferably a block and best to also have a strap, but you can substitute with books for the block and a belt for the strap.


How much time do I need to set aside weekly for the program? 

> Around 1 hour for the content.


What is your refund policy? 

> Due to the nature ot this course, there are no refunds.
