This course is a very personal offering. It contains ideas that helped me deal with difficult emotions without invalidating them. This course is here if you don't want to be afraid of your own feelings anymore. You discovered that they tend to join you but you still feel overwhelmed or frustrated with yourself for not being able to handle them in a better way.

Each section has an introduction into the emotion in question, a short video with an idea on how to deal with it, a work sheet and a 20min Asana practice.

I am Mirjam, mother of 3, yoga teacher of more than 10 years and founder of Pillars of plenty.

Different aspects of my life have led me to study with different teachers, lending me their hands in finding myself and providing me with tools. The following course reflects my current practice of living a good and meaningful life.
