Hi, I'm Mirjam Haymann



Mum of 3 kids, yoga teacher, mentor and public speaker; everyday life is full, so is my heart. 

It is my dream and desire to maintain a healthy lifestyle and friendships alongside work. 

How does that work? It's a challenge, needs courage, a certain degree of rebellion and best of all humour - but it is possible. Maybe not always all at the same time, and that's a good thing.
